2019 Application - Do Not Use

We are taking applications. Please sign up and join on a first come first serve basis. Right of first refusal is given to 2018 vendors.

BOOTH & CATEGORY SELECTION:

  • Vendors are those individual, businesses, or groups that are selling tangible goods or services. This includes those who sell goods or services on a per donation basis. At the end of the day on Sunday all vendors pay 15% of total sales (before tax) to Seattle Center. The Vendor Coordinator will collect it​

  • Altars in the Altar Education Walk are reserved for those individuals, groups, or non-profit organizations who wish to provide information or educational material related to All Hallow’s Eve, Samhaim or ancestral passing rituals. A small collection container can be placed to collect donations, but no item or service may be provided in exchange for a donation nor may readings be performed for free.

  • Information Tables are reserved for an individual, group, or non-profit organization who wish to share notices of events, gatherings and other locally related information. Recycling, composting and other nature based information is greatly appreciated. We might also suggest you provide information or educational material available for people to pick up. A small collection container can be placed to collect donations, but no item or service may be provided in exchange for a donation nor may readings be performed for free.​

  • Opening and Closing Ceremony: A group or organization who would like to apply to lead one of the scheduled ceremonies. If you are not already participating with a free Information booth, you are allowed a small table to distribute your group information and answer any community questions immediately after the ceremony.

  • Educational Presenters: Any person, group or organization who would like to offer to host a discussion, create an altar in the Altar Education Walk, be a part of the Art Show or offer a Class/Workshop on a family friendly, pagan or earth-centric theme.

  • Artists - Show your amazing work! We’d love to see your paintings, sculptures, handmade crafts or jewelry. We encourage you to have card(s) directing people to your booth or website. No items may be sold or donations accepted at an artist’s station. Artists accept all responsibility for loss or damage. Artist must provide their own setup.

Once your application is reviewed and accepted, we will send you a PayPal invoice detailing your charges. Once invoiced, your spot will be reserved for four days! If after 4 days we have not received notice of your payment, the spot will open up to the next interested party.

All fees are non-refundable except for emergency or unforeseen circumstances as determined by PSPP. There will be a $45.00 fee applied to any non-sufficient/returned payment.
